 The awards start at 5pm sharp and all finalists and guests must arrive no later than 4.30pm.

 Once you arrive at the Sky lounge on the top floor of Park Regis Hotel you will be required to sign in and shown to your table. There will be a half hour drinks reception and networking opportunity before the event starts.

 All finalists can bring two additional  guests for free . If you require additional guests please email info@ukfitnessawards.com. There will be no charge for additional guests however it is a first come first served basis.

We anticipate that the ceremony will finish at 7pm and request all winners to remain for formal winners pictures. We will not be serving food before or during the show  so request that you make sure you are adequately nourished for the event. After the event we request that you stay and enjoy a  complimentary 5* buffet.

There will be media there on the day from large outlets including the BBC and ITV and we request that you are polite and courteous at all times. 

All finalists will be provided with a banner for their emails and a separate image with the UK Fitness Awards stating "FINALIST UK FITNESS AWARDS 2021". 

If you wish to use your own image, please let us know asap. If you wish to bring your own camera crew - this must be approved by the Chairman.

Please call 0121 221 2241 before 5pm. The phone line will not be answered once the event has started. If you have any problems on the night of the show, contact the chairman as soon as possible.
