If you wish to nominate an individual or company you must send all details about them to info@ukfitnessawards.com. You must include their full name(s), contact email address and contact number and why you wish to nominate them for an award. The deadline for the first awards is the 30th October 2022 - after this date, no nominations will be accepted.

Nominations will not be accepted via Instagram or Facebook or any other social media platform. 

You must supply supporting evidence via  a covering letter for the nomination to be valid. The supporting evidence must be specific to the category they have been nominated for.

In order for your nomination to be accepted you must submit your full details, name, address, contact email and contact mobile number. Your contact email address MUST have your name within it. For example, if your name is Zoe Smith, we would expect the email to include at least "Zoe" in it. An email nomination from Zoe that was getfitquick@something.com would not be accepted. 

All nominees are NOT notified due to the volume of nominations. Only the Finalists will be informed on the 30th  November 2021.

The selection and voting is a two stage process. 

Stage 1: Nominees applications examined and three finalists are shortlisted.

The shortlisted finalists are then presented to the specialist panel who select one winner.  

UK Fitness Awards is an independent non for profit organisation and we reserve full rights right to all aspects of the awards including nominees, finalists, winners, media, media regarding finalists, media regarding winners, venue hire, board representation and judges. The boards are not required to share or disclose their rationale for selecting finalists or final vote counts to the general public. 

The chairman's responsibility is to  ensure a fair, non bias and  impartial nomination and voting process. As such, the chairman forfeits voting rights at board or judging level. 

The board members responsibility is to ensure each nominee application is processed just and fairly and that each nominee is presented to the judging panel in the best light.

The judges decision will be final. 

The chairman reserves the right to give the select Platinum awards to whoever they wish. They do not have to consult the board or the judges.
